DMX’S Official Manager Debunks The ‘RIP DMX’ Twitter Trend
On Thursday night (April 8), an egregious #RIPDMX Twitter hashtag began making the rounds again, causing confusion about DMX’s current medical condition. Shortly after the chaos began, DMX’s official manager, Steve Rifkind, issued a statement on Instagram.
In the video, Rifkind says, “Everyone, please stop posting with these rumours.” “DMX is still alive and well. He is, indeed, on life support, but please.”

The Ruff Ryders legend underwent a battery of tests on Wednesday (April 7) to determine how much brain damage had been done during the 30 minutes he was without oxygen following a reported drug overdose and subsequent heart attack last week.
The Simmons family now has a difficult decision to make. The results of the tests arrived on Thursday (April 8) and demonstrated that DMX has not regained any brain function in the last six days.
Rifkind previously stated that “the family would determine what is best from there,” implying that they are meeting with doctors and specialists to determine the best course of action.
We will bring you official updates as soon as they become available, however, we all need to pray for this Rap legend and stop promoting the #RIP DMX hashtag.
DMX, aged 50, has now been confirmed dead by family members. READ MORE.
