How To Use Supplements To Cure And Prevent Acne.

Most people link acne with teenage years, this is not entirely true, acne can indeed surface at any age. As a matter of fact, 8% of those that had clear skin in their youth develop acne as adults. Zinc – 30mg per day. This dosage or more of Zinc should usually be accompanied by 2mg copper.
Chasteberry – 40 drops (1/2 teaspoon) of tincture a day, in a glass of water. This is most useful for acne associated with menstrual cycle. The Premenstrual acne.
